Bauer Custom Homes is a Father and Son home building company. Peter has been building and remodeling homes for over 35 years and has a large portfolio of beautiful homes built in the Seattle area. Drew Bauer has 16 years experience and also owns a successful and reputable company in the Bellevue area called Eastside Kitchen & Bath. Bauer Custom Homes has built luxury single family homes, remodeled hundreds of kitchen and bathrooms, condominiums, development of subdivisions. In 2015 we fell in love with Suncadia Resort community and decided to start building.
